Lauren is the absolute best at what she does! My wife and I were searching for a house for nearly a year and a half. During that time, Lauren always made herself available to check out houses with us and respond to any questions we had. What I appreciated most about working with Lauren is her attention-to-detail. One example of this includes when looking at houses, Lauren picks up on the little things that new homeowners may not notice at first glance. Lauren Zaccaria is an absolutely fantastic real estate agent! As a first-time seller, I was completely overwhelmed by the process, but Lauren guided me every step of the way with incredible patience and clarity. My husband and I just moved to New York State from Seattle earlier this year. The house purchasing situation is very different, as you can imagine. A colleague of mine strongly recommended Lauren so we decided to give it a try. I am a first time buyer so I can't say I know what I was doing or looking for. Starting day 1, she was very clear on everything and preemptively told me anything that I needed to be aware of. She stayed that way throughout the whole house purchasing process, all the way to the day of closing.

Lauren is very busy (as with any agents), but she was so on top of everything that she made me feel like I was her only client. Whenever I reached out to her, she remembered every little detail of my case, and she also proactively reached out multiple times to make sure I knew the next steps. I find this level of competency to be crucial for this hectic process.

My home purchase journey wasn't the smoothest due to other factors that were not her responsibilities, but she always listened to my concerns and even reached out to the responsible parties to offer assistance. I truly felt like I can always count on Lauren, and that I am not alone in this whole process.

When watching Lauren work, you know you are in good hands as she takes you by the hand and effortlessly guides you in the entire process calmly and collectively. Her presence exudes confidence with her excellent communication skills and marketing expertise which is what you want as your representation.

She is punctual, responds timely to queries, and is reliable no matter the situation. I was quite impressed when she still showed up to a meeting with a badly sprained ankle. Her resourcefulness is also not to be underestimated. Upon closing day, the process came to a very long halt due to a red-tape bureaucratic snag. I got to know Lauren from a friends couple. Lauren helped them purchased multiple properties over the years so I thought she must be great — she proved me right!
