We met Laurentiu about a year ago while in town, we were not in the market to buy or sell at the time but always commented that if we were, he would be the realtor we would go with. You could tell what kind of person he was just from a few conversations: hard working, attentive, caring and honest.
Fast-forward a few months and we found ourselves looking for a property for close family members. It was right at the height of the market and we lost many properties because they were selling within a day, for way over asking price. Because it was a second home for family, we weren't willing to go super high over asking. But Laurentiu called us every time a new property was listed, made sure we got in to see it immediately, and put in the offer ASAP. He always kept us in the loop and we knew we were in good hands. He spent a lot of time working FOR us!
We did finally get a property last month. My wife and I have bought and sold numerous properties in our lifetime for personal and professional (flips) use. The experience with Laurentiu was the best we ever had - It was seamless! He really is top in his game!

We met Laurentiu while walking past his office in downtown Celebration in January. We were thinking of moving to FL, so I stopped in and introduced myself and grab a business card. Three weeks later, we scheduled a house hunting trip and reached out to Laurentiu with the houses we were interested in looking at.

We had selected 5 houses to tour during our trip and 3 of them sold before we arrived. Laurentiu was very helpful while looking at houses and gave his honest opinion of what would need repaired, the cost for doing things we would want to change and what a fair price for each house would be. Having his knowledge of the area and of the Celebration housing market was invaluable.

It is all about Customer Service and Laurentiu has this dialed in to an exceptional level. Whenever we needed something, he was ready and willing to assist us. For example, we needed a small repair done to the home we purchased and he not only connected us with someone, but he met them at the house as we were back in Indiana. He also met us at the Town Hall in order to help us get our Celebration community cards. We have purchased several houses in FL and Laurentiu is one of the best.

If you are looking for a home in Celebration, we would encourage you to stop by and visit Laurentiu. Since he lives and works in Celebration, he is very knowledgeable of the area, the schools, and the community. Since we were from IN, he was even wiling to do video walk-thrus, however, we were fortunate enough to find the perfect house on our trip down so we didn't need this service.

As anyone who reads this knows, the last few months have been consumed by the fallout from COVID-19. Imagine trying to sell a property in a time of a world pandemic. This alone brought to the forefront a new set of issues regarding showings, personal safety and health, and closing on the property, just to name a few.

How was our sale accomplished? Because we were favored with an outstanding agent, who proved to be the epitome of integrity and honesty; possessed a great knowledge of the local real estate market; and was a relentless problem solver. His understanding of our particular real estate market was excellent, and his advertising plan for our home was outstanding. Laurentiu understands not only the town, but the local area market of Central Florida. His knowledge guided us in correctly pricing our home for sale, and it ended up selling very near our asking price. Additionally, the appraisal process went without a problem. His advertising plan kept a healthy number of showings in these difficult COVID times. To be clear, it is not just his job, it's his overwhelming commitment to you and all of his clients.

His honesty and integrity are above reproach. We have bought and sold several properties in our lives, so we have a reasonable data base relative to real estate agents. While all men may be created equal, it doesn’t apply across career fields. It’s like everything else in life, some are better at their jobs than others, and some are more straightforward, frank and trustworthy. We never doubted his word. If Laurentiu said it, it was true, if there was an issue, he worked it to a successful resolution.

Since Laurentiu also lives in Celebration and his office is right in town, he was always accessible for a visit, or a call. We always felt welcomed.

Finally, we have to point out a couple of other outstanding qualities of Laurentiu’s. His keen attention to detail and wanting everything to be "right" helped eliminate potential problems before they were problems. All of these attributes not only make him an excellent real estate agent, but a fantastic person to work with, as well. We do not know of one more thing Laurentiu could have done on our behalf. He pretty much did it all.

What an incredible, hard-working realtor! He drove 2-5 hours away just to introduce himself in person. Whether it was holding open houses or showing the home to potential buyers, Laurentiu was prompt, professional and then communicated back to us after any event at the house. He always arrived at least 10-15 minutes ahead of time to make sure the house was “show ready.” He is definitely dedicated and certainly motivated to help his clients buy or sell their home. He listened to us, made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and his level of detail is amazing. Mr. Stanica has successfully assisted us with two properties. Laurentiu knows the market well. After meeting us at his open house he listened to our needs, evaluated our situation and brought us new solutions that we had not considered. He communicated with us regularly throughout our home purchase so that we always knew what was going on. At our closing our new keys were presented in a gift box!
