I am the managing broker for Branch Conner Realty & Management Group. Laurie obtained her real estate license in 2002 and her broker’s license in 2015. It was when Laurie obtained her broker’s license that she opened her own office in St. Cloud, Florida and began assembling a very professional and experienced team of real estate agents. She has handled over $60 million dollars in sales since starting her real estate career and is very excited to continue working towards her future goal of opening additional offices in the Florida Keys and Sarasota areas. Laurie specializes in property management, general residential sales and marketing, and management of investment properties for clients. Additionally, she has a great deal of experience in the purchase of auction/foreclosed properties and the renovation/conversion of those properties into rentals.
Along with career related memberships to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA), Osceola County Association of Realtors (OSCAR), National Association of Property Managers (NARPM), ORRA Property Management Council and being a Gold Key ORAA Agent, Laurie is also an active member of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce and the ORRA Global Council. Laurie is very experienced and educated in the intricacies of property management and real estate having received training at the Property Management Academy and obtaining Real Estate Investment & Finance, and Real Estate Brokerage Management certifications.
