Buying a house is a long process from open house to closing, and your agent is the most important part of your journey to buy a house. Laurie is not only the best real estate agent I’ve ever seen, she is honest, selflessly hardworking and always there when you need her. I am writing this on the first day in my house and looking back, I can say that without her there was no way we could buy this house with such a good deal. Would one million percent recommend Laurie to anyone looking to buy a home in the Ridgewood and surrounding areas. We were buying in one of the craziest markets in a race against rising interest rates, low inventory, best and finals on every listing, and a baby on the way. Laurie helped us find our perfect fit within only a short time of looking. She’s extremely knowledgeable and well connected in the community , which is super important when you’re a buyer looking to stand out in this market - everyone else we spoke to along the way not only knew her, but also confirmed we were dealing with the best! Laurie was an amazing agent and advisor during our homebuying process. We shopped multiple NY metro-area markets with local agents in each market and ended up choosing to live in Ridgewood partly because of how comfortable we felt with Laurie as our agent in Ridgewood. She is an active listener, always fights for your best interest as a buyer, is well-liked in the industry and plays well with other agents (more important than you may think!). If I'm ever buying or selling in NJ/NY, Laurie will 100% be my first call. Laurie set everything up from recommending mortgage brokers to homeowner insurance brokers to title companies to a real estate lawyer. They all worked great together and trusted each other to get things done professionally and on time, which was important to me. At the end of the day, your real estate agent is your quarterback and you need to be able to trust them to manage the process. Laurie did everything we could have asked for and I'd recommend you reach out to her if you're looking to relocate anywhere in northern NJ (especially Ridgewood).

If I could give more than 5 stars for Laurie, I would. As first time homebuyers, my fiance and I had much to learn and Laurie was able to guide us every step of the way, even in the crazy real estate market. She kept us focused, optimistic, and calm (can't stress the calm factor enough). Laurie took the time to learn our goals, wants, and needs, and was as invested in finding the right fit for us as we were. She was prompt in getting back to us morning, daytime or at night.

There were ups and downs throughout the process, but all of our hard work came to fruition when we had an offer accepted on what is now our dream home. We could not be happier with how things have turned out, and we can confidently say that Laurie is the primary reason that things worked out the way that they did.

Aside from being our realtor, we've developed a friendship with Laurie and we can't wait to spend more time with her in the home that she played a crucial role in helping us acquire.

Laurie was instrumental in helping my wife and I make the move from NYC to NJ. She was completely knowledgeable about the area including traffic, commuting into the city, and school districts. We had a very particular look and feel to our new home that we were looking for and Laurie was not only patient and understanding around how important it was for us to have the right feel, but also conscientious in not wasting our time looking at any houses that would not be a match. We’ve now been in our new home for nearly a year and could not be happier with the decision and have become friends through the process. On a side note, Laurie often brought us water and snacks when we were looking at houses and it was a nice gesture that we really appreciated!
