I'm Laurie! A native Washingtonian, who graduated from Juanita High School in 1987, after attending Holy Names Academy for 3 years. Later, I married my high school sweetie, and we spent the next 25 years together raising our 3 amazing boys. 7 years ago, my husband and I divorced. Life changed and you roll with it! Our sons are now adults, and my oldest has given me the privilege of the title of "Grandmother" x 4. Such an exciting time seeing my grandbabies grow, and life continues to evolve!

After enjoying the privilege of a lifetime living and playing on the "Eastside", in February 29th, 2020, I decided to better myself and use my 20 years of Realtor experience to help others. I find myself between King, Pierce and Thurston County. I have a passion for a healthy lifestyle, and love to stay active! I enjoy bike rides, walks, hikes and kayaking around the little slices of heaven we have in our neighborhood.
After 3 1/2 years managing the Puyallup Coldwell Banker Bain office, I had the opportunity to come back home where I sold real estate for 20 years. May 2023, I became the Principal Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Bain Kirkland. This career now has allowed me to become my best-self. I love being Principal Manager of the Coldwell Banker Bain office Kirkland. We have a positive culture in our office. In my role, I take pride in advocating for my agents and provide them with knowledge I have acquired over the years. I understand the importance of being current on the market, trends and all the buying or selling situations that can occur. This translates into helping agents develop success in their careers. Nothing makes me happier to see my agents thrive, support them on all levels, watch their businesses grow so they can live an exceptional life.
