Laurie Nixon

With a wealth of real estate experience, Laurie Nixon has often been described as someone who has never met a stranger. Originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, Laurie has lived in the Atlanta area for over 40 years. She has extensive knowledge of the Lake Lanier communities, North Fulton suburbs, and Cherokee County, and she also has a large client base in the Intown Atlanta neighborhoods.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she worked in the mortgage industry for 12 years and was a top producer in Georgia. As a REALTOR®, she spent three years on the North Carolina coast, listing and selling multimillion-dollar beach properties on exclusive Bald Head Island. With her mortgage background, Laurie offers her clients strong financial insight. She also has extensive experience with remodeling, investment properties, and first-time home buyers.
