About Laurie

Laurie Smith entered the picture with the Sold by Angie Team of Ace Realty in 2013. Who would have thought that many years ago when Laurie and Angie worked together at BankFirst, they would work together again partnering up in real estate. Life sure has a lot of interesting turns and twists.

Laurie and Angie have had each other’s backs ever since. Real estate is a 24/7 roller coaster ride of adventure so having two of them allows the other to take a vacation now and then, care for and spend time with family, or just take time for themselves all while knowing their business doesn’t miss a beat.

They are both very passionate about their profession and volunteer at the local and state level. Laurie in the past was the State Education Chair of the South Dakota Realtors Association, currently volunteers on the local board, and serves on many community boards as well as serving Make a Wish which is very near and dear to her heart.
