Lavinia Strong

Originally from New Orleans, but moving to Savannah in 2000, Lavinia brings years of experience and a local's touch to all her transactions. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business and French Minor, working in New York and Charleston, SC, Lavinia moved to Savannah in 2000 to marry her husband, Walter, a native Savannahian. Lavinia handles residential sales and works with Carolyn Ezelle as a team so one is always available for their clients. The Ezelle Strong Team's collaborative strategy has a proven success record of selling over $300 Million with consistent sales in Ardsley Park, Downtown, Wilmington Island, Isle of Hope, Skidaway and Tybee Island. The Ezelle Strong Team is thankful to be continual Top Producers and consistently nominated as Savannah Magazine's Best Real Estate Team. Lavinia loves living in Savannah and currently resides on Skidaway Island with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys being outdoors and jogging with her golden-doodle, yoga, painting, boating with family and friends, tennis, and pickle ball. Her favorite parts of Savannah are walking downtown and popping into many unique coffee shops and boutiques, SCAD & Telluride Film Fests, as well as exploring the galleries to find new, aspiring artists.
