LaVonne Deininger

LaVonne began a new career as a licensed Realtor® with Old Northwest Land Company in 1994 and has loved every minute of it since. A desire to help people achieve their goals was a major part of that decision. She believes in creating win/win situations, without compromising anyone’s integrity. The “team” environment is very satisfying: Together Everyone Achieves More! Because life is ever-changing, her company joined forces with Keller Williams Realty Signature in 2020 to bring her clients and customers even more resources and tools while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

LaVonne is the youngest of nine children and grew up on a dairy farm just outside Galena amongst the rolling hills, Galena River with fabulous terrain and many backroads. LaVonne was naïve to the beauty of our area, until a few years back, when she started traveling. Truly, there is no place like home, in the Tri-State area! LaVonne and her husband, Ron, have one daughter, Kara, and of course the grand-puppies. Prior to real estate, LaVonne was a cosmetologist and relief milk truck driver. She and her husband bought the milk route in 1983 and that still keeps him busy. They bought Old Northwest Land Company, Inc. in 2004 and have still enjoyed the many warm relationships that have filled their memory bank since then.

LaVonne loves family get-togethers, riding her Harley Trike, exploring the backroads on the Ranger UTV, watching a good bonfire or enjoying the magic of water…. a walk along a lake, river, creek, or ocean. The sound and sight of water is so soothing.

LaVonne is active in her church functions and support many events in her little town of Scales Mound which has a population of around 400. She is a strong advocate for the local FFA Chapters, 4-H and the ARC in Galena.
