Cas is very professional and a deliverer of his word who exceeded my expectations. This was a gentleman who also sold my family our house (same house) and even though he was not my realtor at that time was still willing to help us out in what was a bit of an overwhelming experience, being a first time home buyer. He is a person of character that actually cares about his customer. The programs he has in place made me feel good that things would indeed work out as expected. Not only would I use Cas again I feel as though I've gained a friend in the process.

Cas was amazing at helping us find our first home. He is an extremely responsive and knowledgeable realtor. He helped us format creative offers so that our offers would be more attractive in the market while understanding our budget and limitations. Cas throughly walked us through the home buying process which was overwhelming at first but he was always on our side and helped us along the way. In addition, Cas has a great list of references for everything you need. Closing was the smoothest process with Cas and his references. Thanks again for everything!!

Cas made buying a house so easy!! Anything we had questions about, Cas had the information to us the same day.
We were both second time buyers and had a loose idea of what we were looking for. Cas didn't push us into something we didn't want, but he made sure we understood the value of what the homes had to offer.
I would recommend Cas as an agent to anyone and everyone.

Cas was Awesome. Explained everything and was very attentive. He went out of his way to offer impartial advice to ensure we made the right choices for us.
Cas helped me sell a home a couple of years ago and was equally helpful and supportive.
Would 100% use him again and highly recommend him.
As a side note. Using Shari to stage your home is a sure fire way to land a top price, quick sale.

I was referred to Cas by a good friend. We chatted, I told him what my goal was and just to bare with me and my crazy schedule. He was extremely accommodating and worked with my schedule. Lawrence Casanova and his team helped us purchase our first home and they were absolutely fantastic every step of the way. Cas was always available to answer questions, submit documents, or for anything we needed. He was extremely patient and it never felt as though he was trying to sell us a house. It was great having someone like Cas in our corner during this process. He is the type of person who puts your needs ahead of his. He had our backs and fought for us. We wouldn't have our home now if it wasn't for Cas going well beyond the call of duty; showing up last minute to install a cover over the pool, then showing up again to fix it after a storm came through. As a first time home buyer, Michelle & Casanova made it a very personal experience from day one. They were never unable to answer our questions, and helped us tremendously as we over-came a lot of hurdles/battles. They never felt demanding, never brushed us off, and provided great advice every step of the way. For the fastest offers on the block talk to Cas. Brought a stager in and helped get everything ready to go. Honest and hardworking, he will do what it takes to get the best price for you. Only down side is we had too MANY showing, averaged 4 a day but thankfully we were under contract within a week. If you list with Cas and follow his stagers advice you will be moving in no time!

I'll have to admit I was a bit skeptical when I was referred to Cas, cause he was touted as "The Best" but after my experience I will echo those words..."THE BEST" He is truly a professional of his craft....there are others that can complete a real estate transaction BUT Cas is truly a real estate professional that will sell your home as if it was his own, keep you informed at ever turn in the process and do all this in short order.....our house was under contract in 4 DAYS. It's been a Year for me in my, New to Me Home! I must say that my experience for being a First time Home Buyer had it's Bumps in the Road. But it was all so worth the Experience!
With that being said, I never would have made it without Cas! We share Veteran Status and We became such good friends and almost like Family! There were disagreements, little spats and misunderstandings sometimes but We stuck it out all the way to the End! Most importantly, We laughed together and had Fun in the process! Cas was very knowledgeable, followed through on the details, and hooked me up with a Fantastic Lender! Ok, I admit it, I was skeptical when Cas first called me about my home in Middletown that had been previously on the market for over 6 months. I thought "what could a different realtor really do to make my home sell for my asking price and get more showings?". I initially spent about 20 mins on the phone with Cas and by the end of the call I had confidence in him that if he did what he said he would do it would be worth a try. No other realtor had laid out there entire marketing plan to me with such detail before. I told him to send over the paperwork and let's get started. I knew it would test his confidence after months of sitting on the market because it needed that one specific buyer that saw the potential in an outdated, unique layout, "as is" home on 4 acres.
I signed the contract to work with him in the 2nd week of January. Before he listed the home on January 15th we met at the house. Our first meeting went extremely well. I was anxious about the condition of the home, but he was truly impressed with the homes potential and made me feel confident in the homes positive attributes enough to begin getting excited about it actually selling. Within a few days he had already scheduled a cleaning crew and spoken with a plumber regarding my concerns (which were unfounded). He had amazing drone video footage done that really highlighted the property, and stunning interior pictures completed. I had never had any realtor work this hard for me, and I have purchased and sold many houses over the years. Within 2 weeks of listing the home that one specific buyer had emerged and a contract was signed. It was all too good to be true, or so I thought. We closed on February 28th. There were no hiccups, glitches or delays in anything. I remain completely amazed today, 2 weeks after the closing, at how this all went down. Words alone will not do justice for what Cas has done for me by having my home sell, quickly, and for more than asking price! Thank you Cas for all you did for me! I will take every opportunity to spread the word about the stellar service you provide. You have earned the title of "my realtor for life".

Honestly, Cas is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I searched for my first home for about 2 years (and put in several offers) before Cas helped me find the right one. He could always tell when I was getting frustrated, so he'd call just to check in. I'm very fortunate to count him as a friend, as well as my realtor. After quite a long and drawn out search, Cas was able to help me and my partner find a fantastic home. Cas was there to assist every step and helped educate us on different things since this was our first house. He was always available to contact whenever we needed to reach him, and often went out of his way to meet us at a house we were interested in.
