I have used Larry several times in the past for Real Estate deals, and it has been flawless. Every open house there has been lines out the door, I don't know how he does it. He steps his game up every time. He goes out of his way every time my make us feel special and grateful. It truly is a great experience.He and his team are top notch and results oriented. Sold my parents home with Larry as my listing agent. He helped every step of the way. Helped me get ready for open house, field the multiple offers from open house, recommended people to do the things I needed to do to the house ( plumber, exterminator, junk removal). All his recommendations were spot on, nice people who were reasonably priced and reliable. The lawyer he hooked me up with was excellent. Larry was very supportive and made the experience smooth and relatively painless. When we sell my fiancees moms house, we will use him again!
