Lawrence is the most helpful, pleasant, hard-working and kind hearted realtor and human I've met in a long time. His expertise in all real estate matters was excellent: great listing and showing assistance, excellent rapport building with buyers' agents, tenacious follow-up and sticking with me all the way to closing. He really knows his stuff! But, more importantly, this was a tremendously difficult sale due to prior issues, and Lawrence was always there for me from house repair issues to the final signing. Buying a house is stressful. You see a house on zillow or the resistors app and you really have no idea if it will be a good fit. Lawrence worked with our crazy work schedule and showed us houses. When we found the one he worked so hard to make sure the sale went thugh. Let's just say va loans are tricky but he and his connections made the stress less. We highly recommend using him.

Hello to future home buyers/sellers. Reading all the interviews before me, I hardly know what to add. This is my 21st house deal, and frankly, Lawrence is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Our second buy together just closed and while it wasn't especially difficult, there are always little bumps in the road. Lawrence managed everything, to the point where I relied on him probably too much. I really can't praise him enough. If you work with him, you will understand how valuable he is to your business, and what a great person he is to know and trust.

Lawrence is persistent, extremely responsive. When our deal was getting down to the wire he went above and beyond to ensure all moving pieces were being actioned and got our dual close to happen seamlessly. I can not recommend Lawrence enough! He even came over on an hot Saturday and helped get the house we were selling up to code to pass FHA inspections. I can’t imagine any other realtor would do that. Seriously the best!

To recap our experience with Lawrence it was all good. I think that most people harbor some suspicion and trepidation when entering into a real-estate transaction much as you would with a used car salesman. Lawrence came highly recommended to us however and more then fulfilled our highest expectation. He comes across as low key, knowledgeable and committed to fulfilling the seller’s needs. Further we found him to be a hard working entrepreneur and devoted family man being characteristics that we felt are values that represent ethics to us.
Lawrence took the work out of the process and made the sale as painless as it could be. He also helped facilitate repairs that enhanced the value of the property, and actually performed some of the work himself. The property was listed and sold the next day. That buyer backed out for unexplained reasons and the property was placed back on the market and again sold in one day to a cash buyer; how good can it get!
The gist of it is that we were entirely satisfied with his efforts and would not hesitate to use him in the future our to recommend him to any prospective client regarding committed real-estate services

I recently closed on the sale of a rental property with Lawrence and was very satisfied with the whole process. He had a good sense of how to price the house correctly and we got a solid offer within 4 days of listing in a rapidly cooling market. I would highly recommend Lawrence Wilson with Extant Investment to assist in finding your new home! He was amazing and patient! Oh my goodness, very patient. We felt like we were going to drive him crazy in that we couldn't find the home we were looking for.

Lawrence was great about explaining the process, how things worked from start to close, etc. I loved that he shared his own experience of finding a home with us as we felt we just couldn't find the home that met everything we were looking for. Lawrence, told us to continue looking at everything that interested us as pictures don't do the homes justice. We had found a home that we had liked but were not really hot on the price. We passed on that home, but just couldn't keep it out of our minds. We began comparing every home we looked at to the one we really liked.

Through Lawrence's patience and kindness, he was able to guide us to our forever home. We put in the offer, went through the normal headaches of meeting all the demands of the buying a home and now we own the home that we loved all along!

I have worked with Lawrence on other projects as I am a business owner, and he has always been involved, helpful and there when you need him. He is prompt in answering calls, responding to questions, etc. Couldn't ask for a better realtor!

My husband and I are extremely thankful that we had Lawrence as our listing, and buying agent. He is 100% about the client, seriously, he is. It seemed as if he was working 24/7 for us. After our offer got accept on a house, we were getting closer to the appraisal, when we found out the seller did not have a parcel number for the property.. well, this was an issue for our lender. Long story short, we could not get the approval on our loan without the Appraisal, and we couldn't get an appraisal without the parcel number. At that point, our lender denied our loan. Long story long, the seller was not happy, and felt they were deserving of our earnest money, so they put up a fight. Thankfully for us, Lawrence was on our side and was well educated on the purchasing agreement we all signed. after 2-3 weeks of Lawrence talking with the listing agent, the seller eventually realized there was nothing they could do, and they signed the document releasing the earnest money back to us. Not many agents actually know or understand these documents, nor would they put up a fight. So again, we are thankful for everything Lawrence has done for us. We will always go with Lawrence when buying or selling, and we will always recommend him.

I had no idea as to what i was doing, how to sell a house.. what all goes along with that process, because there's quite a bit more to it then just signing your name and getting paid! Fortunately for me this process seemed to stay just that easy! Lawrence Wilson uncomplicated the selling process for me. He us extremely knowledgeable and clearly experienced in all aspects of the buying, selling ,title etc.. real estate, investing or personally he is able to accommodate based on his clients needs.
I fell like that is most important, basing his business on his clients needs. Because ad long as your concerned with meeting the needs and or expectations of your client you will make money.
I really felt while working with Lawrence Wilson that he was working hard to meet my expectations, that put me completely at ease knowing his intentions were just simply too get me the most money he could out of my property.
