She grew up as daughter of a Navy Master Chief, living all over our country and overseas. This unique childhood helped her hone her people skills and learn to appreciate many different personalities and customs. She has built a successful career in real estate for over 20 years in the Northern Virginia area. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors. With many years of experience working with the special needs of clients that are transferring into or out of the area, as well as the requirements of relocation companies, she's prepared to ensure your transition is a smooth one. She's an experienced negotiator, who will ensure you are always well represented.

Layne takes immense pride in her family and career. Passionate about her clients, community and her varied interests (cycling, kayaking, hiking, her dogs, and the horse world!), she's rarely still!
