I cannot recommend Le Ann high enough! Over the course of three years and two moves, Le Ann not only saved our butts but also became like family.

We first moved to Iowa City from Michigan with having no familiarity to the area and needing to find a home in a matter of weeks. Le Ann fielded the many zillow links I spammed her with, found us homes in the area (that were actually still on the market), and spent her entire weekend driving us around the area, making recommendations, showing us attractions, and helping us find the perfect home.

Of course after the many hours, staying with us to submit all our information/letters, ect. The perfect house fell through .. so she jumped back into the search full force and found us the perfect home (again) while we were back in Michigan. No joke, we showed up at her office at the end of the day in a Uhaul with everything we owned and drove with her to see the house and make an offer that night. We were moved in under a rental contract two weeks later, and closed within a few weeks after that.

Le Ann did not stop at just being the realtor that got us to Iowa City - she checked in with us, recommended services in the area whenever we needed something, helped us celebrate milestones, and showed up at our door with the cutest baby outfit after we welcomed our daughter.

Three years later, my husband rejoined the Marine Corps.. but we also wanted to travel the U.S. that summer and spend time with family post-pandemic.. Enter Le Ann as a super hero once again. She sold our home while we were on the road, and managed all the pieces along the way - from finding us lawn care and wasp removal while we were away, to helping us navigate and complete ALL the paperwork remotely.

To sum up.. Le Ann is an angel and a badass. Let her sell or find you a home!

We are so happy we had Le Ann’s help with the purchase of our first home!! We moved from out-of-state and she was on top of every detail and concern, keeping us informed and assured throughout the process and after. Le Ann advocated for us, and made sure we made prudent decisions. She is genuine, friendly, helpful, and very professional. My wife and I highly recommend Le Ann for anyone looking for a home, you couldn’t do better, she is a gem and made our move across the country so much easier and we absolutely love our new home and neighborhood in Iowa City!

Le Ann was phenomenal to work with and I couldn't recommend her more, especially as a veteran first-time homebuyer. She was a tremendous help to me through every step of the process. She helped me get in contact with a great lender to work with for my VA home loan, and she had great recommendations for inspectors that were honest and trustworthy. We hit some road bumps along the way, but Le Ann was always on top of things and easily accessible. Knowing that she was there for me with any questions or help that I needed calmed my nerves and gave me confidence throughout the homebuying process. I can't speak highly enough about her, and I feel incredibly lucky to have her as my first realtor.
