In a stressful time, leaving a place that we loved and looking for a home in a new area, Lea Anne and her team made the process so easy and smooth. She gave us confidence in knowing where we were going by providing knowledge of the areas of town, schools and even future value. She truly listened, cared and gave us everything she had to find the right place for us. From start to finish, she made it a good experience and less stressful than any other house purchase we’ve made. I cannot recommend her enough. When you are with Lea Anne, you’ll realize really quick that she is in her calling - it is not just a job for her, it is her passion. Lea Ann and Hope are nothing short of spectacular! I had never bought a home before by myself. Lea Ann and Hope guided me through it all and even calmed me down a time or two when I was getting stressed. Lea Ann’s team takes you in and treats you like family, not shirt tail cousins but like sisters would take care of you. If I had questions they couldn’t answer ( there were very few of those) they got back as soon as they got an answer. I was so pleased with them I sold one house, bought one and sold the same with Lea Ann. If I still lived in Tennessee she’d be my only realtor. Once you’ve had the best, forget the rest! So if you want to be treated like family, want to have a pro guide you through what can be a stressful event and help you get the best offer you can, then look no further. We met Lea Anne while looking at one of her properties on the market. She was friendly and helpful and very open about the property, and although that one wasn't for us, we knew we had to call Lea Anne to sell our home when the time came. Lea Anne and her team did an exceptional job preparing our home to show, giving us advice, staging and working with contractors, and handling the offers and inquiries we received. I have sold 2 homes and purchased one with Lea Anne. Her and her team are amazing.
First home sold in 2015 within 2 weeks. Second home was staged by her team and sold in 2021 the first weekend for more than I thought possible.
After staging I would have bought my house all over again it looked fantastic. They will offer suggestions, and are very knowledgeable of the market.

Mrs. Bedsole is the best realtor I have ever used! She is willing to invest in your home to get the best sales price! She always answers the phone and promptly arrives at appointments and is a joy to spend time with! I had referred her to a neighbor who had unsuccessfully tried to sale their home for over a year. Upon visiting the house, she made a few suggestions which the homeowner implemented and within a few weeks the home was under contract. Can’t say enough about her and her team! Top notch!

Lea Anne has been buying and selling homes for me and I consider her a great friend for 18 years! She really knows her stuff AND she is familiar with middle TN as if it were her backyard. She and her team get to know you, guide you through availability of homes for sale, and won’t rest until you’ve found your perfect home. Additionally, if selling a home, she makes you aware of all aspects that home buyers want when buying, and makes sure your house is “move in ready” and staged to attract the highest bidders.

We’ve known each other for so long now, I only wish she would move to my new area so I could continue to deal with her! Oh, and did I mention that she’s a hoot? I’m sure she doesn’t realize just how truly funny she is! She’s warm and professional at the same time - truly a gal you want to do business with for every home you buy or have to sell. My wife and I were seeking a new home and a safer community at the time we began our search . We entered a builders model with out an appointment and the listing agent for Paran Homes ;Tatiana Kersell introduced us to Lea Anne Bedsole , who at that time was in meeting with another couple as they were selecting their finishes for their new home .
Lea Anne was able to talk to us and answer many of our questions even though she didn’t work for Paran Homes . I could see she was passionate as a realtor and I felt an instant connection .
The next day was marked with lumber prices soaring
And restructuring the home prices .
These ladies I feel fought for us as we had seen the homes prior to the increases .
This meant I had to choose a lot and a plan quickly
Lea Anne dropped everything and made us a priority
And we were on our way at the previous prices .
She was with us each step of the way .
From design to closing and the 7 months of watching and checking the workman ship she really was most professional and kind .
Clearly she loves her work and is a seasoned professional. In a day when you hear so many horror stories from less scrupulous realtors this was a welcomed encounter .
She was available for after hours phone calls as I tend to work late and she always got back to us promptly.
My wife and I just moved in one day ago and there are so many details it makes your head spin but through it all it’s nice to know that we were in capable and professional hands .
