Leah was the quintessential perfect real estate agent. She represented us as buyers with care, experience, intelligence and fun. She listened carefully to all our questions, gave effective timely responses and was generous with her time. She often went beyond the call of duty. She knows the area, is very well connected, works hard and is a pure pleasure to work with. I recommend her highly. If we weren't so happy here, we would use her again!

Leah McLaughry did a superb job helping us sell our Meriden, NH home in March, 2021. Once it was listed, it was under contract in less than a week, at 10% more than the asking price. Leah made sure the closing 2 months later went smoothly, and “held our hand” during a tense moment or two along the way. Her professionalism, thoroughness, and calmness in the stress times are exceptional. Having been born into the real estate industry, she has a depth of experience that few can match. She has seen it all – and knows how to handle it all.

But experiences like ours don’t just happen. Her marketing of our home was unbelievable, but it was Leah’s suggestion for doing all the testing and inspections BEFORE listing the house – and then dealing with any problems BEFORE listing the house -- that made ALL the difference. That was possible because we began talking to Leah almost a year BEFORE we listed the house, giving us time to do inspections and make corrections. We learned our septic system – only 18 years old – was failing. But before we listed the house we had a new system designed, approved, and under contract for installation. Leah helped us through all that. Buyer reaction was, “We’re getting a brand new septic system, yay!” We had low level radon in the air, and mitigated it before listing the house. Again, no concern by buyers because the problem had been identified and fixed. All of this took 6 months of hard work with Leah before listing the house – but made all the difference. Can you imagine how the scenario might have been different if these issues were discovered in inspections AFTER a contract had been agreed to?

We had a great partnership with Leah, and can recommend her without reservation. She made lots of great suggestions over almost a year, and we worked hard to follow them. We had a very successful outcome – but it was Leah’s experience and wisdom combined with our follow-up that made that outcome possible.
