Leah became my realtor in the midst of the 2021 home buying surge. As soon as I contacted her, she hit the ground running. She would send me houses that fit my criteria, and she was always up for any home I would find on my own. She would set up listings right away that met my schedule and we were in constant contact on all sides of process. After seeing many homes, and sometimes losing bids to other buyers, we found our dream home in late summer 2021. Our bid being accepted was truly due to Leah jumping on the offer, contacting the other agent, and going to bat for us on a home with multiple offers. It was such a great feeling. If you are thinking of buying or selling I highly recommend Leah Montgomery. She is knowledgeable, reliable, and has the perfect warm personality that makes this process super easy.

Personable, attentive to our needs and wants In a property, and a very good listener. We came into the process not knowing what to expect, as I am sure most people reading this post will come into it with. We put bids on a few properties. But in the end, when we found the correct one, Leah was right there with the experience to guide us through the process. Even better, she had our house sold in no time. Update, my son worked with Leah to purchase his new home. Leah is the reason he was able to get into the house. Such a great real estate agent. Thank you for everything Leah!

Leah was a shining star in our entire moving process and went above and beyond.

I'm a busy romance author who doesn't have the time for games. I needed somebody reliable and trustworthy that could help me find my dream home. I needed the perfect house with the perfect office so I could write my romance novels. Leah helped me find that! My office has a huge window that overlooks the woods with a bubbling creek.

Working with Leah exceeded any of our expectations. Leah came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction we had with her after that was the same. We had a great experience working with Leah.

I couldn’t believe how responsive she was to all of our requests and questions, and she knew far more than we ever hoped to about the process of buying a home. Leah was patient, highly knowledgeable about the ins-and-outs of buying homes, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. She is very respectful, courteous and professional and gave us her honest opinion which helped us make an informative decision. She’s also always on time and very responsive to all emails and phone calls. She is just a very sincere and honest person who would go miles to make things happen for her clients.

Leah helped us get the right home at the right price. She knows everything about real estate and knows what to look for in a house. She took care of the entire process – finding the right home, getting the right inspectors, getting the repairs done in the house after inspection, helping us understand about the real estate process, and doing whatever is needed. With Leah, I never felt any kind of pressure to buy a home. Even after we got the keys, Leah has been in touch and given us guidance or information. I’d work with her for any future real estate needs.

If you want someone that is not intimidating, sweet as can be, trustworthy, and above all…HONEST, and someone that will value you as a home buyer, then Leah is your answer!

I can’t imagine having a more positive experience and recommend Leah without reservation to anyone looking to buy in this market.
