Leah, founding Partner of top rated Keller William’s PEAK Partners Team and President of the PEAK Giving Tree foundation is a 10+ year real estate veteran representing mid to high level luxury homes throughout the Capital Region. Leah has built a solid foundation of residential and corporate clients through her vast network in both the corporate and private sectors. Leah has a long record of successfully guiding local, national and multi-national clients through their real estate acquisitions and sales. Leah specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to broker single family, multi-family and investment properties that consistently exceed the expectations of her buying and selling clients, selling more than $30 million in Real Estate with her team last year. Leah brings a strong background in Technology, Sales, Marketing and leadership to Real Estate. Prior to her Real Estate career, Leah was involved with the inception and growth of one of the most successful start-up companies in the Capital District, CommerceHub. As the third employee hired, Leah was responsible for several start-up aspects of the organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance. She worked directly with the CEO, and interfaced with a number of high-level executives from Fortune 1000 companies including QVC, Target, & Amazon.com. CommerceHub became a publicly traded company in 2016 and later purchased by a private equity firm for $1.1 Billion in 2018. In addition, Leah is known for her passion to give back to the Capital Region. Holding a Board of Trustee position for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society where she personally raised over $100,000 toward pediatric cancer research in just 10 weeks. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Make A Wish Organization. Leah remains involved in the American HEART Association, Saratoga Bridges NYSARC, Make-a Wish Organization, Double H Ranch for kids, Ronald McDonald House and many more! Leah’s biggest passion is her Team’s own Charitable Foundation the PEAK Giving Tree. Directly funded by the PEAK Team’s Sales the PEAK Giving Tree has already donated more than $60,000 back in to the community since its inception just a few years ago.
