Leah Whited is literally EVERYTHING I could hope for in a realtor AND MORE! She constantly went above and beyond to help me find my first home. I had a lot of questions… all the time… and she was very responsive to every one of them. If she didn’t have the answer, she knew exactly who to ask. She was on top of it EVERY TIME with EVERY THING. With the market being the way it is, I needed that quickness she so naturally has. I also needed the contacts she has! I bounced around with a couple mortgage lenders prior to her referral and wasn’t pleased with how they handled their service. When I discussed my experience with her, she knew the perfect guy/mortgage company for me to go through & immediately gave me his contact. Buying a home can be very stressful, but they made it enjoyable for me. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team leader and team to help me accomplish purchasing my very first home. I am so honored and blessed to embark on this new journey thanks to her being so dedicated to me. I can’t thank you enough Leah!!! I look forward to working with you again and I’ll be referring everyone to you in the meantime! Five stars isn’t enough for this lady!!!!!

Leah is the best realtor out there! She is amazing support while making the big step of purchasing a home. Leah answered so many questions for us and found the perfect home for my family. Leah sold my father’s house. The entire process with her was easy and quick! The house was listed in a couple days and then ultimately an offer was accepted by the end of the same week. Closing was a few weeks after that and the process was complete! Highly recommend her!

I hired Leah to help me sell my house in Lorain. I felt comfortable talking with her. She is very professional and personable. She had great suggestions on areas to focus on for touch-up and staging, the key in attracting buyers and getting a solid offer. The sale of the house went very smoothly and I was extremely happy with the entire process.
