Leann Uselton

I am a 1999 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a BBA in Human Resource Management. I have several years of business to business sales experience and human resource management. I have grown up in a family business and still to this day, I am actively involved in that business. My husband and I are owners in the family business, but both get to enjoy our full time jobs as Realtors and he is an App. Auctioneer as well. I have been married 16 years to my wonderful husband, Russ, and we have a farm here in the Bedford County area. We have lived in Bedford County for over 10 years and could not have found a better place to call home! Russ grew up in a military family and has lived all over the world. I grew up in Tullahoma and then moved to Murfreesboro for college. I am very patriotic to my country and Thank God everyday for all the men and women who fight for our freedom. I am very active in our church and love working with our youth. I believe that with God, All things are possible. My hobbies include shopping, fitness ( Member of Tullahoma CrossFit), gardening, and just spending time with our families. We live on a farm and have cattle, horses, dogs and a cat.

For many years, I have had a passion for Real Estate, even beginning in my early years. I just love looking at houses, all shapes, sizes, and ages. I never get tired of it. I can remember my mom and I driving around neighborhoods when I was younger, just to "look." So now, that's my job and I love what I do! I especially love working with first time home buyers. It is such a joy to work with clients and get to feel their excitement first hand as we go through the process. I strive to make each transaction as easy as possible and take time to explain to each and every client what is going on in the process. From going over the contract in detail, what to expect, and what our next move will be, I keep my clients in the loop!

In 2008, I was honored to receive the Bob Parks Realty, Shelbyville location, "Rookie of the Year." It was a great surprise and I was delighted to accept the award. This year will be my 9th year in the Real Estate business. I get to meet great people and help them in their search for their next home. Who wouldn't love this job! I help people find houses, and turn them into Homes!
My area of expertise is in residential; first time home-buyers to investors to professional home-buyers! I have sold commercial lots, land, and farms as well.
