Hello! I'm Lee Ann Cornelison , and I anssist buyers and sellers in East Tennessee interested in buying or selling homes, land for construction, or anything in between! The majority of my clients have diverse reasons for their property searches, such as retirement, seeking a better environment to raise a family, or looking for a vacation home. We selected this specific area in Tennessee after extensive research when deciding to settle down in our forever home following a lengthy career of moving from project to project across the country.

Having survived 14 relocations and calling 9 different states "home" over the past 13 years, we bring a unique perspective that aligns seamlessly with helping buyers settle into our gorgeous state as painlessly as possible!

My career journey began in sales and marketing during my corporate days. When Tommy and I decided to retire, the allure of East Tennessee as our forever home was irresistible. Transitioning into real estate felt like a natural step given my background and expertise. Added to the fact that I had chosen this area as my new home and found it easy to "sell" it and its beauty to others as well!

While I assist both buyers and sellers across East Tennessee, my specialization lies in the areas north of Knoxville, all the way to the picturesque Cumberland Gap (Kentucky state line) and stretching from West of Interstate 75 over to the North Carolina state line.

When it comes to helping folks discover their ideal home or a picturesque piece of land in this stunning Appalachian paradise, rest assured, it is my genuine passion!
