I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for this guy and how much he helped us get an incredible deal on our home. Lee helped us find our first home, and 5 years later he helped us sell. And it wasn't just that it was a seller's market, he truly got us an amazing price for our home, better than any other realtor would quote us in terms of our expectations.

More importantly, he wasn't just a realtor, he was a truly commited point guard in relation to helping get contractors, helping us get the house ready, very helpful title company, I mean freaking everything. This is a real review, I'm a real person, and I'm truly thankful he was our guy. If you read this, DO NOT look elsewhere. Thanks again Lee! I don't know how things would have gone without you.

Lee Brady recently sold our home in Occoquan Virginia. As we all know, selling a home and relocating out of state is extremely stressful. Although we owned a beautiful, lovely home on the water, our house was not so quick to sell. At almost 8,000 square feet with a pool and on the Occoquan River our home was extremely unique and not the typical Prince William County home. Lee Brady was diligent and worked very hard to find a buyer for our home. I'm really appreciative of his professionalism, insight and guidance through the whole process. I absolutely recommend Lee Brady to my family and friends.

We have bought homes in many different countries and never met a realtor such as Lee. He is first of all extremely trustable, honest and amazingly friendly. He has been in the market for long time thus he knows the actual and market values by heart and he has excellent negotiation skills. We had to move in a very short time last summer and Lee insistently chased all the houses and found the perfect house in which we have been living ever since. Above all Lee is still following up with us to see if everything is well even after 8 months after the closing. Lastly but most importantly we must remark that providing a service according to the needs of his customers surely always outweighs his professional interest and expectations.
