Lee Findell

Lee Findell has enjoyed over 20 years in the Steamboat Springs real estate market, with the pleasure of serving a vast array of clientele for every type of property. The majority of his business has been helping buyers find the perfect second home or to relocate their family to enjoy the Steamboat lifestyle. Some buyers have 2 days to find a property and others take 10 years, but either way it’s a rewarding challenge with the goal of being a long-term resource for every client.

Lee originally found his way to Steamboat Springs in the late 1970's while on weekend excursions from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. After being raised in Connecticut and attending college in Boston, the lure of the West's wide-open spaces and deep powder snows proved too great to resist. Moving to Steamboat after graduating with a Business Degree in 1979, all of the qualities the Yampa Valley had to offer - a western mountain paradise, with small-town charm and world-class recreational opportunities were more than enough for Steamboat to be a place to call home. When he is not working, Lee continues to enjoy all the local pleasures of skiing, fly fishing, golfing, mountain biking, and sailing. “I feel incredibly lucky to live in Steamboat and to have had my children grow up here.
