Lee grew up on a 600-acre farm outside of Liberty Illinois. At 18, he joined the Navy, became a Navy Deep Sea Diver, saw 33 countries, attained rank of Petty Officer 1st Class, and received his AS Degree. In 1986, while attending college at Shoreline, he won the DECA state championship in marketing, bought his 1st home, and decided to pursue a career in real estate. His career started in 1987, at Sherlock Homes, then joined REMAX, got his managing broker's license in 1990, and started Gallaher Real Estate in 1992. Over the last 30 years, he has personally sold over 700 properties, purchased 30+properties, and rehabbed well over 100. He heard about Keller Williams in 2013, and their Mission Statement /culture resonated for him. In January 2015 he joined KW, created the Gallaher Group and hasn't looked back. He currently lives in the lighthouse waterfront community in Mukilteo Washington.
