I can't express how important it is to have a knowledgeable realtor in the area you are shopping in. Like most Zillow users, I was contacted by multiple realtor when I requested want to view property. Realtor that mainly focus in urban areas, won't necessary have the understanding and knowledge of homes in rural area. Which I had learned personally before being contacted by Mr. Hayes.

He was very knowledgeable in the rural area markets I was shopping in and understood the homes components such as (wells, septic tanks, and furnaces). Which is very beneficial for city folks moving into rural.

Mr. Hayes not only came with knowledge and experience in his field. He also works with a fantastic mortgage lender team (Waterstone Mortgage). Who understood the process of the home loan I was applying for.

My experiences with Mr. Hayes was exceptional. By this being an sellers market, he knew the urgency in setting up appointments to view the properties. We worked together for four months and he was always consisted in making me feel Like I was his only client. When a home was coming soon or was hitting the market that fits my criteria. Mr. Hayes set up the appointments to view the property for same day or the next day.

After beating the pavement for four months. I finally got the house of my dream. Mr. Hayes contacted me about this house coming to the market the next day. He had already set up the appointment to view the property.

Unfortunately, I came in contact with someone with Covid and had to be quarantine. Therefore, I couldn't visit the property and my morale was low after being out bided on two contracts. Mr. Hayes understood and still chose to visit the property without me. He called me from the property with feedback. I decided to put a contract on the house without seeing it personally. I trusted Mr. Hayes feedback and knew that he had my best interest. My story to my friends and family is my realtor chose my house.
