Having been around real estate his whole life (growing up in his dad's real estate office), Lee learned early on that listening to a client is one of the finest skills one can learn.
Lee earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate & Marketing. At the time interest rates were in the mid-teens so he postponed his real estate endeavors to pursue a corporate career. From a sales rep to VP of Sales, Lee worked at companies such as Toshiba, Samsung and Siemens, along with a couple of tech start-ups.
He parlayed that experience and success to a more local interaction with real estate clients and happily discovered much more gratification and intrinsic reward than he ever experienced in the corporate world. It's because Lee is truly helping people. He means no disrespect to his industry colleagues, but the simple truth is most of them lack the skills to effectively negotiate, communicate as well as read people and scenarios. These abilities have become naturally inherent, and they yield value to his clients.
Lee is fully engaged in his local community on a regular basis, having held seats on multiple nonprofit boards, served as President Elect, President and Past President of North Bay Association of Realtors, Napa Chapter, and founded a business referral group devoted to driving "local" business.
