?? Lee Riddle – With a background in engineering sales and mechanical engineering service, Lee brings a strategic, analytical approach to real estate. An F.C. Tucker Company Presidents Club member (2020-2024) and Executive Club Producer (2017-2024), Lee’s market knowledge and negotiation skills help clients secure the best possible deals. He is also a Relocation Specialist (2019-2022) and is coached by the world’s leading real estate coaching company.

Gretchen Riddle – An Evansville native, Gretchen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services from the University of Southern Indiana, with minors in Health Promotion, Worksite Wellness, and Nutrition. After 15+ years as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, she transitioned into real estate in 2021, applying her coaching experience to guide clients through seamless transactions.

Breigh Baumholser – Holding a Master’s degree in Social Work, Breigh has spent the past few years as a stay-at-home mom to her two toddlers while honing her skills in problem-solving, multitasking, and communication and now brings a unique blend of organization, dedication, and client care to The Riddle Team as a newly licensed real estate agent. She ensures The Riddle Team operates efficiently while they are assisting clients throughout the buying and selling process.

The Riddle Team is actively involved in local organizations, while Lee volunteers for Habitat for Humanity Real Estate Committee,and supports local youth sports teams, Gretchen is busy with the YMCA’s Rock Steady Boxing Program, and various school volunteer activities.
