I happened to come across Lee Ritchie as I was searching for my first home. I really lucked out, having no prior experience at all in this business, to find her and have her guide me through the process. Lee was fantastic from beginning to end! She took all of my concerns into consideration, discussed with me her concerns, and really helped solidify my decision to move forward with each process. She is efficient at what she does. I never felt the anxiety of not receiving an email or call back in enough time for anything, and/or being left in the dark. I knew she would always be there. She had no hidden agendas, no political involvement; I knew she was there to help me make the best decision for myself and what fit my life the best. She is full of knowledge, not just in real estate, but in networking as well. She helped connect me to, what I would like to say, the best people to help facilitate the rest of the home-buying process; gave me great recommendations for lenders, home inspectors, etc. A lot of the hard work was already laid out by her, and given to me for my disposal, if I so desired to contact them vs go on endless searches for reputable sources. It was very helpful, especially for me who works full time, has no immediate family in the area to help, and was beginning grad school in the meantime. Everything from beginning to end went very smoothly overall. I felt confident having her on my team. I cannot thank her enough for treating me as one would treat a family member that they love so dearly. She was, and is, an amazing real estate agent and person. I would definitely recommend her! PS She had Mom's and Grandma's Approval from 2 hours away, which meant a lot to them, and to me! :)

My wife and I met Lee just by circumstance through an online listing and I'm glad that we did. From the first call Lee was terrific. Our search for our first home took almost eight months and Lee stuck with it through it all. As first time home buyers, there was a lot we did not know and Lee patiently explained it all. She also introduced us to an amazing loan officer. From the beginning Lee was invested in helping us find the perfect first home. By the end of the process, we felt Lee know exactly what we wanted and would often call to make sure we saw listings that she thought we would like. Lee never pressured us into anything and we felt she knew the market and gave us sound advice on home prices and offers. Lee is personable, professional, and knowledgable. She never failed to be available to show us a home during the week or weekend and all hours of the day and we looked at about 30 homes. We cannot say enough about Lee. We would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family and look forward to working with her again in the future.

I came across an online listing of Lee's one day while just browsing around at homes in the German Village area. Almost without thinking I filled out the additional information box and was contacted by email shortly thereafter by Lee who told me that unfortunately that property had just closed a few days before. After we spoke on the phone I could tell that I wouldn't have to look any further for a Realtor to help me find my first home. Being in sales myself I could tell right away from our first phone conversation that Lee was going to be incredible to work with and wow did that ring true! With every property we saw, Lee had the uncanny ability to highlight the nuances of each property that were specific to my likes/dislikes; she was always honest and helpful. It didn't take long at all to find an amazing property that fit my budget and was in an amazing German Village location. Before I knew it I made an offer and went into contract! Lee was amazing to work with, plain and simple. She walked me through the entire process, helping me every step of the way as I have never owned a home before. I can't imagine a more pleasant person to work with through this entire process. She was always timely, made sure I didn't miss any deadlines, and put me in contact with all of the right people to put the deal together. I am THRILLED to move to German Village and I have Lee to thank for it. She is the first person I would contact to buy or sell again in the future, and I plan to recommend her to anyone I know looking for an amazing Realtor. Lee Ritchie THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
