Lee was an excellent Realtor from start to finish. Very patient in helping us find the right property in a difficult "sellers" market. He really understood our needs and got to know us and had strong knowledge of the different towns/cities within the area we were considering. I am so glad I found Lee.... After a bad experience with a well know realtor I was on the fence and thinking about putting off buying a home for a little while. Lee made everything super easy! He was very quick to respond and usually had me viewing the house within a couple hours. He took his time to find out what I was looking for and never once pressured me or made me feel pressured on a property I didnt like. Please please please do yourself a favor and call Lee first!!! Lee is a kind man who is very good at what he does. He was recommended to my wife and I and we were thoroughly pleased with the service he offered.
He was very clear and knowledgeable about the entire process which was new to us, responsive to any questions we had, gave us all of the information we needed to list, show, and sell our house within a day being on the market at the price that we wanted.

Lee helped us buy a home in this crazy seller's market. He was always responsive to our calls, showed us homes quickly, provided honest and helpful advice, and in the end, the first bid we made on a house was accepted--and it wasn't over the listing price. This was amazing in this crazy market. We always felt he was working for our best interests and had complete confidence in him. He is also a kind person and we enjoyed getting to know him. We'd recommend him without reservation!

He is great at showing houses he’s not someone that walked you through the house and acts like you don’t know what a kitchen looks like or push you through a showing. He will let you do your thing and if you have any questions or concerns he’s glad to help. Very professional and polite.
