About Lee

Lee has helped FSBO (For Sale by Owner) sellers in the past and stood out amongst dozens of Realtors in getting the sale closed at a record price! As an experienced full time Real Estate Agent since 2009, she has seen many changes over the years, more so in the last 2 years. The ability to pivot on how to continue serving my clients at the highest level is much greater in this most unprecedented times. As a professional, her objective is to continue learning and teaching her clients the intricacies of buying and/or selling before they begin to work together. Since her last Real Estate Depression (2007-2012), much of the process in selling and buying has changed to protect consumers. It’s Lee's job to walk them through the process so they have a full understanding of all the legalities of a transaction, and they know she is there to protect their biggest investment in their lifetime. She has gone through both the good and the bad with her clients and continues to adapt as needed. She truly enjoys working with first time buyers and retirees who are ready to sell and downsize and, possibly relocate to another state or country and sellers who have outgrown their 1st home and ready to find their “forever” home. There’s no greater feeling than the one she always feels when her job is done and she knows she has created a “forever” friendship with her clients and provided them a positive experience. Therefore, my business is 90% referral based.

She uses her knowledge and experience in sales, contracts, marketing, and negotiating to help guide my clients through the buying and/or selling process with ease and understanding from start to finish. She has been a consistent recipient of the Bay East Association of Realtors of President and Master Awards since 2014.
