Susan Salazar and LeeAnn Kampfer joined forces in 2018 to form the team Salazar Kampfer Homes. Susan and LeeAnn are both Realtors, native Tennesseans, graduates of The University of Tennessee, and Homeowners in Ladd Park in Franklin, TN. Susan and LeeAnn are very grateful to their clients, neighbors, friends, and families for their support and referrals.

With service to over 400 families and 18 years in Real Estate, Sales, and Marketing Susan and LeeAnn have proven successful both individually and together. They are honored to be in the Top 20% of Realtors in Williamson County, TN. With the following real estate designation certifications; Negotiation Expertise, Pricing Strategy, Staging, Accredited Buyer Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Residential Construction Specialist, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist; they make a dynamic team focused on Customer Service, Education, and serving the community.

Susan and LeeAnn are constantly learning and honing their skills so they can best represent their clients. They have recently joined KW Relocation and KW Style To Design so they can better serve their clients with their relocation needs and design needs. They have also added a Probate expert referral partner to their team to assist their clients in the very specialist field of probate real estate.
