My family made our first out-of-state move to relocate for a job offer on a tight timeline, and LeeAnn took great care of us. She got us hooked up with apps to keep an eye on listings in our area ahead of time, then took us through 7 houses within an hour of us stepping off the plane for our site visit. Our offer was accepted for our home within 24 hours. Working with LeeAnn felt like working with an out-of-town family member giving us the pros and cons of each neighborhood. We are so grateful for her experience, wisdom and support!

I felt like she was part of the family and watching out for us on things we didn’t even think about. She knows the area and the market very well. When we were getting discouraged on finding a home for our family in this tough market she was very real but also encouraging. LeAnn is wonderful to work with. She listened to what we were wanting to buy in a home. She has sold 2 homes for us in the past and each time our home sold the first day it hit the market. She is there for you every step of the way. Great communication between her and the team she works with, you always know what’s happening as soon as she does. She really knows how to market your property and her photographer takes beautiful high quality photos to showcase your home. Working with LeeAnn was a pleasurable experience for both buying a new house and selling our house. We interviewed other well known realtors who undervalued the property we were selling, and she wasn't one of them. She worked hard to make sure we got a great offer for our home above asking price and focused on the many positives we loved about our previous home.

Buying a new house with LeeAnn was also a good experience. She saved us thousands bidding on a house in a competitive market with her experience giving an appropriate bid and counterbid. LeeAnn also stood by us when the seller failed to disclose information about the house after we had moved in and resolving these with the seller's realtor when the well known Remax realtor was unreasonable. LeeAnn had our best interests in mind and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

There is so much to say in a laudable manner when speaking of LeeAnn Martin as my realtor and her knowledge of selling houses. Initially, she spent more than two hours explaining the process and the papers involved.
She was always available when I had questions and concerns.

She is a person who has the skills, experience and knowledge that helped me sell my house. Also, being generous with her support in a genuine way calmed me because it was a stressful time. LeeAnne listened and showed that she cared about me as much as she was efficient, accomplished, cared, had integrity and, again was extremely supportive.

. She also placed a sign In my yard for only a few hours and listened when I’ve asked if we could close after the third day. She agreed that we would look and choose from the offers made rather staying the week. I liked that she did not insist we stay on the market longer to see how much more we could get for the house. . One cannot go wrong if LeeAnn Martin is your realtor.

An aside—- she returned my last few hours at the house and helped me put my cats in their crates before we said our last goodbye.

Can't say enough positive things about our experience with LeeAnn. She is not only a true professional, but a very honest and genuine person. We never once felt as if a sale was even on her mind. She wants you to get what you want whether you are a buyer or seller. Our bank was not doing a great job communicating with us throughout the process. But LeeAnn regularly checked in to keep things on track. There is no doubt in my mind that we would not have closed on time if she hadn't pushed everyone. Another thing I appreciated about LeeAnn is she was not afraid to give an honest opinion. There were times that we needed to hear that even if it was a contrary view.
