My husband and I decided to make a HUGE life change earlier this year. We moved from the Nashville area to Southern Florida. We had a unique situation being that our home was a duplex with a main house and apartment attached. Not only was the home a tricky sale (being that it would either appeal to an investor or a very large family) it was a very volital market to try and sell. I was put into contact with Leigh Anne and from our first meeting I KNEW if anyone could sell our home it would be her. She jumped right in and despite several obstacles and a very short deadline, she dug in and got our home sold. And not only did she get it sold before our deadline, we got what we were asking and she got us closed in TN from Florida. I cannot recommend her enough. It is so RARE to find a realtor who genuinely works for your best interest and cares about the outcome for your family. To this day, I still consider her a FRIEND. Happy house buying/selling....you can't go wrong with Leigh Anne.

Leigh Ann was terrific from the start! Our daughters were relocating to Nashville to go to school and we wanted to buy a place for them to live that was in a safe area, with access to amenities, etc. Not familiar with the area, we were referred to Leigh Ann from our realtor in Texas as she had come with outstanding references and very high customer satisfaction. We came to realize every bit of it was true. From the beginning Leigh Ann showed she cared not just about the sale, but that we become familiar with the area and that our girls would be in the right place. She took the time to get to know us and listen to our needs and was genuine in all of our interactions. She is also extremely familiar with the entire market. On top of all of those things, Leigh Ann negotiated a more than a fair deal for us with the sellers. I am in the customer service business so I understand what service should look like. Leigh Ann, as well as her husband Mike, live that out every day in what they do! We are so thankful for them both and for how they made our girls feel at home in a new city.
