A 2004 Graduate of James Madison University with a BA in Business, Leigh Anne also has experience as a licensed title underwriter with commercial certification, as a settlement agent and as a title searcher, so her knowledge is both broad and deep and she truly understands the intricacies of every phase of the real estate transaction. Leigh Anne recently received her certification as a Short Sale and REO Specialist, has been awarded the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource designation, is a trained Home Retention Consultant, and a Buyer's Agent.
