I have been a full-time, licensed REALTOR® in the state of Virginia since 2014. In order to meet the growing needs of my clients, I expanded my service area across the border into coastal North Carolina by obtaining my NC Broker License in 2020. I predominately serve coastal Virginia among the seven cities of Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, and Newport News, but my reach extends into Williamsburg, James County, and Gloucester areas, as well as the Eastern Shore. My focus in coastal North Carolina includes Camden, Currituck, Pasquotank, and Dare counties.

Through my years of service, I have earned several awards of distinction, including the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association Circle of Excellence Award, and have consistently placed within the top 10% of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network agents across the globe.

I could write a long paragraph on the worth of Leigh as a realtor, however for the sake of the readers time I will hit the highlights. My husband and used Leigh to sell our home in Virginia Beach.

Leigh is the definition of professional in a service driven industry. Wonderful communication, even when she was busy with other clients she would reply to advise and then follow back up later without prompting. NEVER made promises she could not guarantee and always went over the best and worst case scenario so there were no surprises. Came prepared to ALL meetings. And most importantly, for me, matched her delivery and professionalism to what we needed from her. If I hadn’t moved out of state I would have used her to purchase my current home.

I cannot recommend or praise Leigh enough! Use her for your real estate needs, you will not be disappointed!

I was going to originally try FSBO because I didn't think there was that much value in the house to warrant a realtor. But after about hundred calls from "We buy Houses" people- I took my daughters advise and caller Leigh, who had recently also helped her sell her old and buy her new home!- Leigh listed my house $35K higher than I was asking- and within ONE day we had multiple, over asking price offers! from start to finish the entire was about a month! Leigh staged the property perfect- with just the right amount of touches to welcome buyers but let them see the houses full potential- Leigh also has contacts with all the professionals you would need to ensure your house is in top condition for top dollar! I would highly recommend Leigh Sturm for your real estate needs!
