Leigha Carver

Leigha has been serving the Willamette Valley since 2006. In her early life, she grew up in the military on many different Army posts in several states and countries. Leigha is happily married to her husband Jeremy who is a Sergeant Major in the Oregon Army National Guard. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
Leigha’s background has taught her how to communicate complex information and the importance of influencing a positive culture around her. Leigha serves on the Willamette Valley Association of Realtors Professional Development Committee, an active member and Communications Leader for the West Salem Rotary Club, founding member and President of Salem Capital Connectors BNI Chapter, member of Seniors in Transition Networking for the Willamette Valley and member of Salem Chamber of Commerce.  She is an avid volunteer using her platform with Rotary to shed light non profits with their social media platform and dedicated community advocate for the Willamette Valley.
