Prior to real estate, Leilani was the founder and president of a full range of body care products. Leilani’s business acumen and sense of responsibility to her clients led her to earn the 2002 Entrepreneur of the Year award from Beauty Industry West and her line was featured in a number of national and international magazines including Seventeen, Young Miss, US Weekly and Biteki. Leilani credits her time as a business owner for refining the base of knowledge she formed when studying sales and marketing at the University of Hawaii at Hilo and at Kapiolani Community College. She also credits the experience for developing her skills in negotiation and ability to think quickly. Previously, Leilani worked as a flight attendant for a major airline for 22 years; her excellent capacity to anticipate people’s needs and boundless positive attitude have formed the basis of her customer service in real estate.

Leilani loves design and refinishing furniture. She also enjoys yoga, hiking, and spending time with her family: her husband, 7-year-old daughter, two dogs, and one cat.

Look no longer!
Leilani has an extreme ability to study the market and analyze the exact sweet spot your house should sell for. She is able to tell you how to enhance your property so it can sell at the highest price. Other Realtors told us we might be able to recoup our investment and were ready to just stick a for sale sign on the front lawn. Leilani came along and gave us tips and recommendations to enhance our property ex. rearrangement of furniture, paint, staging, display of artwork and landscaping and well as many other tips. As soon as the week was over, she listed our property as "coming soon". In 5 days, we had multiple offers, including an all-cash offer for a gain of $600,000 profit.
