If you’re looking for a great realtor that listens attentively and works diligently to help you get you into your ideal home, or sell the one you’re in, then Leisha Freitas is is who you are looking for. She and her team are so much more than that though . I have had the great pleasure to both sell and buy a home through Leisha and her Keller Williams team. She was patient, supportive, and best of all had a great sense of humor throughout. She made me feel at ease through each step while keeping everything organized and flowing seamlessly. Through her process of preinspection and staging advice she helped us get competitive bidding and an “over-asking” price on our home. Leisha is such a knowledgeable realtor and a wonderful person. Our first meeting, we opened the door to a beautiful smile and outgoing personality which made my husband and I very comfortable. She was very straight forward in what was the best plan of action for selling our home. She helped facilitate everything we needed. We were able to reach her at anytime with questions or concerns and she had the answers. She let us know what her thoughts were on timelines and she was so right. I loved the extra work she and her co worker Jen put into the staging process. The house sold in 2 days. I must admit not one time did my husband or I feel stressed. The sale of our home was such a great experience.

Leisha was incredible. She listened to what we wanted and was a great advisor. Leisha guided us through the entire purchasing and selling process and continued to help us even after the purchase of the transactions weee finalized. Leisha was amazing. We truly felt blessed to have her as our agent. She was patient with us, provided valuable feedback, and was beyond helpful with scheduling services that we needed for both our old and new home.

We met with Leisha and with in one week we had our home staged and on the Market. We priced competitively, and received 10 offer on our house. We were under contract four days after listing and for well over asking. Her team negotiated a free two month rent back, so that we could make a competitive, non contingent offer on our future home.

We scoured the market and fell in love with a home withing in a few weeks. Our 1st offer was accepted and we closed in 21 days. She worked closely with the other Realtor and our loan officer to keep everything moving on schedule.

Our family grew right after we moved into our new house, and she helped coordinate an Electrician to fix an issue that came up and a landscaper to clean up the yard at our old house since we were so busy. This was after her job was officially done. How awesome is that.

We were so pleased to work with Leisha and cannot imagine a smoother or quicker experience. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with her.

We bought our first home with Leisha in 2015 and when it came time to find a home with more space this year, there was no question we would be working with Leisha again. Throughout all 3 transactions, Leisha made the experience as positive and seamless as the process could possibly be. Leisha is an incredible realtor! My husband and I were both very grateful that she guided us through the recent sale of our home in Folsom and subsequent purchase of a new home in El Dorado Hills (Serrano).

First off, the sale of our home was practically stress-free. Per Leisha’s suggestion, we had the KW photographer take professional listing photos and our house never looked so good! We received an above-asking offer before our first and only open house, which was very well attended. We were in escrow in under 72 hours. Best of all, the interest in our home generated competition, so we were able to counter for a bit more money in addition to a very generous rent-back period (two weeks of which were free). Leisha handled all negotiations with ease and, on the one occasion I met our buyers, they commented that the whole transaction was easy. We totally agree!

In sharp contrast, the purchase of our home was trying. The sellers were unwilling to repair anything or provide cash at closing to pay for necessary repairs. They felt their house was “perfect,” despite us bringing in licensed contractors to give us accurate estimates for the issues noted on our inspection report. Also, once we were under contract, they requested an extended rent-back period after we generously offered them an extra week in the home for free. We politely said no, as that would throw off our remodeling timeline – which would ultimately cost us money. But, at every opportunity, they requested more rent-back time that they knew we couldn’t accommodate. Take take take – no give.

There were countless other hurdles along the way but, for brevity’s sake , I’ll simply say that Leisha was our ultimate champion and always looked out for our best interest. When necessary, she was forceful but ALWAYS tactful. She really became our counselor as there were several moments where my husband and I just wanted to walk away from the purchase no matter how much we loved the house. We were so happy to have Leisha be our voice of reason and couldn’t recommend her more.
