Lela’s Real Estate training started at an early age around the dinner table, following her father Jerry Lischke into the family business and is so fortunate to still work with him today. As a 2nd generation realtor, Lela understands the importance of maintaining professional relationships within the realtor Community and respectfully managing expectations throughout the process. Lela has always had a strong connection to the community, aside from growing up in the Lower Merrimac Valley and raising her family in Newburyport, she has committed hundreds of hours volunteering serving on several boards and committees.
