My husband and I went down to Carova over NYE, it was our first time in Carova and Len showed us several different types of houses, new builds, and lots. He understood our wishes from the beginning and honored those throughout the sale. When we had storm damage he arranged to have damage estimates as well as repair since we were unable to get to the house due to the weather situation. We were totally pleased with his efficiency, timeliness of the sale, and his keeping us abreast of all that was happening with our property.
