About Lenore
Lenore has a strong passion for connecting people. Whether it is introducing people as friends, helping people find jobs, or finding their dream home. Lenore spent 10 years in the Client Service/Sales digital ad space in NYC. She loved working with her clients and providing them creative, effective solutions. Her ability to really listen to her clients and provide unique solutions always put her in the top 5% of the entire sales Organization and consistently #1 of the 100-person sales group at Yahoo! Hotjobs.
In 2010, Lenore took some time off to spend with her children. After getting settled in Fairfield County she could not help but notice that when friends were looking for a new home, she was their go to resource. She loved keeping an eye on the market, hot neighborhoods and inside scoop to find her friends the best possible home. In 2016, with her friends and family’s encouragement she did next what seemed natural, got her Connecticut real estate license.
Lenore loves traveling and spent a few years with her family living as expats in Singapore. Enthusiastic about digging deeper into living abroad, Lenore would travel regularly to Indonesia and Southeast Asia to scout original artwork, meet artists, and learn about the local cultures.
Craving fresh air and green open spaces, when Lenore’s family repatriated from Singapore, they moved into a summer home in Lakeville intending to return to Fairfield County. It only took three short weeks to fall in love with the “secret corner” and her family moved to Lakeville full time. Lenore is remarkably familiar with the Salisbury/Lakeville/Sharon market with two children in the local schools, Indian Mountain School and Salisbury Central. She would be happy to assist anyone looking for a full time or part time home in one of the best kept secrets in the Northeast.
With a passion for interior design, Lenore has a keen eye for seeing potential in homes. She recently completed a renovation of an 1897 Victorian home in Lakeville. Lenore also owned a rental home in Lakeville and is familiar with the summer, school year rental market.
Lenore is an award-winning realtor. Achieving 2021 Gold Status Award as well as the #2 Producer in Rentals in Litchfield County. She welcomes referrals from SIR partner agents as well as outside the SIR network.
Lenore serves on the Underwriting Committee for Trade Secrets, Town of Salisbury Assessment Board (alternate), Board Member of Salisbury Housing Trust and is the creator of local girls organization, Girls Rock as well as ReGroup (a support group for women returning to the workforce).
