Leo’s personal real estate experience is just as impressive—he has owned nine different homes since the age of 22. After graduating from college in China, Leo invested in real estate, achieving a five-fold return on his investments between 2010 and 2016. His transition into the real estate business was a natural progression of his passion for the industry. “Through my international work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, I developed an exceptional ability to understand and anticipate customer needs,” says Leo.

Before his career in real estate, Leo worked as Director of Business Development for a multinational telecom corporation for over a decade. His global experience spans across China, Russia, Ukraine, Western Europe, and now the U.S. capital. Leo also has financial expertise, having worked as a currency trader in the wealth management division of a leading global investment bank. His previous roles in sales, purchasing, negotiation, and financial planning at the corporate level honed his attention to detail and exceptional client service.

A graduate in international studies, Leo is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Russian, further enhancing his ability to work with a diverse range of clients.
