Len really changed my family’s life. We had been looking in many places during quarantine for a second home outside NYC but had not really considered the Jersey shore. Then we met Len and he toured us through many towns in Monmouth County to get a feel for them before we even started considering houses. He spent a whole day with us just showing us towns! We eventually zeroed in on Belmar. Then Len guided us through the buying process in a tight market and went above and beyond is so many ways, I can’t even list them. One day he waited around to drive my kids to the train station so that my wife and I could keep an appointment with someone working on our new house. That’s just one example of the kind of guy Len is. And my teenage kids said that Len didn’t drive away until he saw that they had boarded. That’s Len in a nutshell: caring, responsible, kind and full of integrity. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
