About Leonard

Leonard is a proud graduate from Delaware State University with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Management C/O 2004. He received his real estate license in 2014 after attending J. Y Monk School of Real Estate. While working in real estate a short time Leonard wanted to become the best Broker/Realtor he could be for his clients, assisting clients with the best customer service and information, so they can make their best informed decision for their selves and their families. Wanting more insight to do what’s best for his clients, Leonard attended Durham Technical Community College and completed Successful Project Management course. In 2017 Leonard received his NC Workforce Housing Specialist designation allowing Leonard to provide his clients, that are service workers with grant assistance towards closing cost. In 2018 Leonard became a (Graduate Realtor Institute) receiving his GRI designation providing him with extensive knowledge about the different loan products lenders are using, giving insight to buyer about what questions to ask their lender and assisting seller with a reasonable timeline on how long certain type of loans will take to close. Also in 2018 Leonard became a Military Relocation Professional receiving his MRP designation, knowing and caring about how difficult it can be for military families while moving & transferring during deployment. The three designation Leonard received are recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Leonard wants his clients to have a stress free experience from start to finish by keeping you informed. When Leonard is not working he enjoys time with friends and family, watching sports an attending sports events, working in the community with his church and fraternities.

Leonard has been wonderful to work with during the process of selling my condo and of having an Air BnB property. I would absolutely recommend his services as realtor and property manager. I would will request his assistance again in the future for the purchase or the sale of property if need.

Mr. Gambles was terrific in the handling the sale of my husband's business and property. He went above and beyond in the process of the sale. I didn't have to worry about anything and was able to get top dollar. He was always professional and considerate. I would recommend him to anyone. He also took on the job when I am not sure that anyone else would have or gotten it sold as quickly as he had. He is truly great at his job. My sincere thanks go out to Mr. Gambles. Thank you.
