It was a pleasure to work with Len. About a year ago, I let him know that I was getting ready to sell my house. He did a walk-through and provided several "comps." Len never pressured me or made me feel that my timeline or progress in getting the house ready to sell conflicted with his goal of selling it. Len is very familiar with the market where my house is located. I always appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and that he did not create unrealistic expectations for the sale. The house had quite a few showings and in less than a week, I had a serious offer with very agreeable terms. Len is an ethical realtor with many years of experience. I highly recommend him.

Selling or buying a home can be a truly difficult experience. Len Nicoletti takes the difficulty out of the equation and works along side you all the way. Len walked me through every step of the process and kept me informed of every showing and offer via email and provided documents that could be electronically signed. Len even provided me with a service that cleaned out the home entirely of furniture that was unable to be given away. I have dealt with several agents in my time but Len Nicoletti is the best I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Len for your next sale or purchase. He was also very personable, which made the experience even more enjoyable, and had our house sold within 5 days of it going on the market at slightly over the asking price. I’ve used Lenny for a buy, a sell, and a recent buy in this crazy market. His expertise and professionalism is unmatched and he came running my way during dinner/weekend/family hours at the drop of a hat. Ran into a hiccup due to National Floors Direct being the most unethical flooring company I’ve ever tried working with and…long story short…Lenny dipped into his own pocket to cover costs on an obvious rookie mistake made by the other realtor amounting to $1000. Just a stand-up guy who’s been around and knows the ropes better than most. He’s decorated for a reason and if you land him as your realtor, you’ll close your deal, save some cash, and make a friend guaranteed.

My family and I were on the 'hunt' for a house on and off for almost two years. Len became like family to us. He was always quick to answer the phone or call us back, he is patient and kind. Most importantly he knows his stuff and eased us away from hasty decisions that could have been made out of frustration. He puts together packets for every home we wanted to look at and made sure we always had all the information. We didn't have the biggest or best budget and it took two years to not just find a house but to find somewhere to call home. He knew what I wanted and he knew I would wait until I found it. Recently I needed to sell my home after parents' death. Len Nicoletti was recommended to me and it was one of the best favors done for me in years. Although out of the country with numerous obstacles to overcome, Len was above and beyond the call of duty in all regards. He's professional, trustworthy, accommodating, knowledgeable, and supportive. When you hire a broker, you never expect to be hiring an oracle, but that's what Len is. We found Len online while searching for an agent to help us buy our home, and worked with him throughout the process. He guided us every step of the way, and provided almost instantaneous answers to every question we had. While we were negotiating our offer, he was the voice of reason that showed us how to determine the value of the property, put together an attractive offer, and be patient enough to not outbid ourselves. Lenny has been a friend of ours for several decades. He sold two houses for us in West Haven. The first house, with an in ground pool had a limited amount of buyers, however, Lenny sold it in one day for full price.
