10/10 - If it wasn't for Lesley - we never would have found our new place, or we would have paid significantly more for it. Lesley is the best broker I have ever worked with. She provided us with valuable insight on the housing market conditions before and during the listing of our property. We had some upgrades that we wanted to complete prior to our listing, she was able to give us recommendations based on current trends. "We want our home sold at our price, very quickly".
I've said this to Lesley two times now in two years.
Last year Lesley sold my wife's house in Logan Square above appraisal and before it ever hit MLS. That's right! Lesley can sell a house in ZERO days.
She is a one person think tank who has the ability to turn bold, creative idea cultivation into elegant action and subsequent results. We literally had fun working with Lesley and found her to be professional, reassuring, and uniquely capable.
Now that we've chosen to live full time in our country house in NWI it was time to sell my home in Humboldt Park. So last month I called her up and asked her make the magic happen again. The next day Lesley had this "coming soon" sign in front of my house and apparently it really got people excited. she had her team of professionals active before I had to worry about it. There was a handyman fixing my gutter, another guy with cool hardware scanning the interior to create the floor plan, an estate sale representative explaining how I could liquidate duplicate furnishings and best of all Lesley discovered and leveraged new developments in the community that added value to my property. Frankly I didn't think it would sell for so much.
We closed today so I'm still high on life... forgive my effusive and rather joyous review, but this is our truth. (That fourth pic is part of a screenshot I took after funds disbursed this afternoon :)
How long did it take Lesley to sell this house?
Well, it was on the market for ONE DAY. She informed me that we had a solid offer, which we navigated through until our closing today.
I never imagined I would work with a real estate agent who could make me wish I had more houses to sell...

Now Lesley probably can't guarantee that she will sell your house in one day, but even if she takes twice as long, you'll be very happy.
