About Lesli

Lesli was born and raised in West Texas and graduated from South Plains College and Texas Tech University. Upon graduation, she immediately began her career as a teacher, pursuing her lifelong dream to serve others and make a difference in the lives of her students. Following a few years of teaching in Levelland and Kerrville, she and her husband planted roots in Southwest Lubbock where they raised their two children. After eighteen years of teaching everything from Pre-K to upper-level math, Lesli decided to get her real estate license. She immediately fell in love with helping and serving families in a different way… through assisting them in the buying and selling process. After four years of working both jobs, she decided to pursue a full-time career in real estate and has never looked back! She joined the Williams and Co-Team in April of 2019 where she has grown her business and learned from the best Realtor team in Lubbock.

Her experiences as an educator have given her a unique skill set that equips her to guide her clients throughout the process of buying and selling a home. She feels like educating her clients during all aspects of the transaction with the heart of a teacher, putting the family’s needs first, adds a unique approach to the process. Her love for people and ability to create and nurture relationships builds trust with her clients, as communication is of the utmost importance to her. Creating new, lifelong relationships through real estate is one of the most rewarding and fun parts of her career.

Lesli helped us sell our home in Lubbock. Some unfortunate things happened as a result of the actions of the buyers’ agent. Lesli was a complete professional and extremely patient throughout the entire process. She is backed up by a Broker and agency that really try to take care of their people. Beyond being an excellent human, she knows Lubbock really well. I would recommend Lesli and her agency for your next real estate transaction!

Lesli is so amazing to work with and we are so blessed to have found her! First of all she genuinely listened to what we wanted in a house and took time to get to know our families needs and respected the price range we gave her to work with. She was endlessly patient about explaining things, helping us find solutions, and showing us multiple houses. She is easy to talk to and has the world's cutest accent. She also helped a friend of ours find their house and they were equally pleased and impressed. We will be using her again!
