You won't be disappointed! We used Frankie and Leslie to help us purchase a vacation home in Cathedral City. They were knowledgeable on the area and supportive through the entire process. They recommend two different loan agents who work with loans on Indian land, and we choose Debbie Calixto from Loan Depot who was experienced and processed our loan application in record time at a great rate. The entire team that Frankie and Leslie used including the escrow team were on point, on time and great communicators throughout the entire process. Would use them again in the future!

My husband and I chose Leslie and Frankie to handle both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. Their knowledge of the real estate market in the Palm Springs area is extensive, especially with properties in the Cathedral Canyon Country Club in which they reside. From the initial listing meeting, they have shown themselves to be diligent, efficient and sensitive to our needs. They willingly answered our questions and also provided guidance on the process involved in buying and selling real estate. They always made us feel comfortable that they were there for us whenever we needed them. We would definitely do business with them again.

A++ By chance, My husband and I met Frankie and Leslie at an open house they were holding in Rancho Mirage. From the moment we met, they were so incredibly welcoming, warm, fun and true professionals. We not only hit it off, but knew we would become lifelong friends. That day, after their open house, we invited them to our home in the Movie Colony of Palm Springs, where we hired them on the spot to list our home for sale; in addition, they were enlisted to help us located an interim home in the desert. Once we signed the listing agreement, they were off and running, leaving no stone unturned to locate a buyer, while they were also previewing and showing us other properties to purchase. They never rushed us, always took their time with us, listened to our needs and responded quickly. They quickly sold our Palm Springs home, making the process seamless and without stress. Prior to selling our home, they located our interim home and both went to work negotiating on our behalf; they struck a deal well below the seller's asking price. While the deals were both in motion, Frankie and Leslie didn't let that slow them down in seeing that every detail of each deal was followed through and completed in a timely and professional manner. A few years later (2021), my husband and I wanted to purchase a smaller pied-à-terre in Palm Springs in addition to our current home, something that would be a lock-and-go; we immediately phoned Frankie and Leslie! After just a few weeks, we located a property, they represented us in making a fast and successful offer; which was accepted immediately, the listing agent and their seller commented on how impressed they were with not only how the offer was written, but also presented. So, after representing us on the sell and purchase of three properties, we have to say that we would never work with anyone else. With Frankie and Leslie, they have your back, they are not looking to make a quick buck, only to make sure that their clients are fully represented and 100% happy with their services. They go to bat for you every time, as they are securely in your corner ! We HIGHLY recommend this fabulous duo, and are proud to call them our dear friends.

These two are incredible! Leslie and Frankie treated me like their family. They put up with my craziness and keep me informed. They wouldn't accept anything but the best for me and made sure I didn't settle due to fear of not finding something. I highly recommend them for the desert cities, not just Palm Springs! They are educated on each neighborhood (even the neighborhood within the neighborhood!) and can help guide you towards what works best for you.

Wow! Frankie & Leslie really made buying our new family home feel like a fun adventure. They are excellent agents! When we first met Frankie & Leslie we felt a real connection because of their warmth, their interest in us and our entire family, and their experience and depth of knowledge in the Palm Springs area real estate market. These folks definitely have a passion for what they do and you can tell that they love their job and the services they provide and they really enjoy getting to know their clients.

The best part of the experience was how Leslie & Frankie listened to us and got to know us and our wants and desires, tastes and attitudes, and hopes and dreams. The homes they showed us demonstrated they were looking for a home well suited to our family while also showing us properties that helped us to see things we didn’t even know should be on our wish list. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with our mortgage lender, inspectors and HOAs. They allowed us to guide the search so they could learn what excited and motivated us and then offered suggestions about neighborhoods, school proximity, safety, nearby shopping and services, and price points and amenities. We were negotiating buying a house during the COVID shelter-in-place and they guided us through the protocols and made us feel comfortable and safe. We were very touched by the fact that while they were working with us directly, they were also always looking out for the safety and satisfaction of our two teenage sons.

We fell in love with the home we purchased the minute we drove up and walked through the door. From the listing, it was not a home we would have even put on our list, but Leslie identified it the minute it came on the market and encouraged us to take a look. It was like magic...it ticked all the boxes on the amenities we were looking for and then some, was in a ideal location with spectacular views, and it was priced right. We immediately knew we wanted to make an offer after the initial tour and we told them and they returned to talk with the sellers and begin the process to make an offer. They guided us every step of the way and we were under contract that same evening. In the end, they helped us find our dream home!

We can’t speak highly enough of Frankie & Leslie as our real estate agents. Their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, compassion, and hard work ethic were very much appreciated and respected. They introduced us to all of the additional support people int he Capitis Real Estate office who would assist us through the purchase and escrow process. Jenn and Nancy the transaction managers and Carolyn the Escrow Officer were amazing too and made us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. They are detail-oriented, transparent, good with people and really have a knack for matching the their clients with the ideal home. It was also heartwarming how much interest Frankie & Leslie took in making sure we were settled into our home after the sale. They followed up with us several times and even helped us find reputable vendors and service providers for some minor work and upgrades we wanted to do. Ultimately, we not only had realtors who helped us find our ideal new family home, we made some new friends along the way.
