Leslie is a consummate professional and exactly what I needed. I was not a first time home buyer and knew exactly what I wanted. She respected that. She did not try to change my mind or sell me anything I didn’t want. She stayed in touch during the building process to ensure everything was going smoothly. When there was the slightest hiccup from lot selection, miscommunication on pricing, and closing delays she was on top of it. She made sure I got what was promised at or below the agreed price. Her vast resources were able to assist with referrals for moving companies, home inspectors and working with landlords on flexibility with new construction. She was more than a realtor. Leslie was like a partner who adapted to my specific needs and personality during a very stressful time. I highly recommend utilizing her services if you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity.

I would highly recommend Leslie. When my wife and I first met Leslie I was apprehensive since she was referred to us. Anyone that knows me will tell you that I very caution and very leery of referrals. I like to judge for myself. We interviewed other realtors but only Leslie stood out as being very professional. Having purchased and sold several homes in California and Florida during my military career, my wife and I can say without hesitation that Leslie is the most professional, effective, kind and attentive realtor we have worked with. During the difficult transition from military to civilian life and the nerve-wracking process of purchasing a home in a new city with a crazy market, Leslie was the voice of reason and solid advice every step of the way.

While shopping for homes she was completely in-tune with our tastes and preferences, never wasting time with unsuitable homes. Additionally, when we found houses that were almost, but not quite, perfect for us she always advised us to be patient and hold out for “the right one.” A lesser realtor would have encouraged us to move forward in order to get the quick sale.

We looked at more than 50 homes over more than a year while living in a rental and Leslie not only hung with us the whole way until we were in our dream home. Leslie, Jane and the rest of their team at Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty were absolutely wonderful! My husband and I had such a positive experience from start to finish. To give a little background, we met Jane by chance as she was selling a home across the street from my childhood home (this happens to be the house we bought). Jane was knowledgeable of the home and area. She was always quick to respond. She assisted through the process of placing an offer on the home. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Jane and her experience! Our offer was accepted and now we were scrambling to get our other home on the market. We placed an offer on the new home on a Thursday, our offer was accepted on a Saturday and by Sunday, Jane and Leslie were out at our old home making plans with us to sell that one! By Tuesday, our home was visible to realtors (on the MLS). By Wednesday, a photographer was out at the old house taking professional pictures of our home. On Thursday, it was public to the sites such as Zillow. We had ONE showing and a full price offer by lunch on Thursday. Now I know that this is not always the way things go in real estate but I am convinced that our success was due to the amazing team behind us! Oh and we were also getting married and there was a pandemic going on during this time frame if that gives you an idea of how potentially bad the timing of buying and selling was! We are so thankful for this group of people and we cannot wait to start our new life in our new home!
