Vashon is truly a unique and lovely place, rich in people, natural beauty, and community activities. I moved here because I fell in love with the rural, neighborly feel of the Island and the thoughtful, kind, involved people here. I have lived here for over 35 years; raising three sons who all went to Island schools. I also helped plan and develop an 18-home cohousing community, Vashon Cohousing.

In my 19 years as a local Realtor I have helped more than 200 people successfully navigate the complicated and sometimes stressful process of buying or selling a home. I am exceptionally competent, intelligent, responsive, experienced, trusted, intuitive and lively. I continuously deepen my knowledge and pursue education in service to being a better representative for my clients. My clients and colleagues tell me I'm very well-respected in the larger community. Coaching sellers and helping prepare homes for the best marketing experience is a special area of expertise and passion of mine, as well as helping first-time home buyers find their island home and navigate the process of purchasing and owning a home.
